Kari’s Fuzzy Blankets

Hey Reader!

I hope you’re having a great day!

I wanted to share a fascinating story from one of my volunteers, Kari, that perfectly illustrates how our subconscious can manifest emotional barriers and how releasing them can lead to unexpected changes.

Kari's Story: A Heart Wall of Fuzzy Blankets

Years ago, Kari discovered she had an emotional barrier, known as a Heart Wall, which she personally worked on removing. She found it to be “27 miles thick” and made entirely of fuzzy blankets. While it might sound amusing, this Heart Wall had a significant impact on her life.

Whenever Kari traveled for work and had downtime, she found herself wandering into department stores, inevitably drawn to buying another fuzzy blanket. This habit continued for about seven years, during which she collected over 20 blankets for herself and her dogs.

The interesting part? Last Christmas, Kari bought a beautiful new blanket but decided to add it to the Dirty Santa gift game her family plays each year instead of keeping it. This was the first time she didn’t hold on to a new blanket, signaling a significant shift in her emotional state.

The Emotional Shift

Kari realized that she was finally ready to release her emotional barrier. Through working with me to fully remove her Heart Wall, the need to buy fuzzy blankets—a comforting and protective gesture—was gone!

Now, when she thinks about purchasing another blanket, she feels neutral. There’s no longer an emotional charge associated with it, and she doesn’t feel compelled to act on the thought.

The Power of Releasing Emotional Barriers

Kari's journey highlights how releasing emotional barriers can transform our behaviors and feelings. It's a reminder that sometimes our actions, even those that seem quirky or insignificant, can be tied to deeper emotional patterns.

If you find yourself in a similar situation, where certain habits or feelings seem to linger despite your best efforts, it might be time to explore the emotional barriers you’re holding onto. I’m here to help guide you through the process of identifying and releasing these barriers, allowing you to move forward with greater freedom and peace.

Feel free to reach out if you’d like to learn more or discuss how this journey can begin for you.
