What is a Heart Wall?

A Heart Wall is like an invisible shield created by your subconscious mind to protect you from emotional pain and trauma. This barrier consists of trapped emotions, each serving as a brick in the wall that stands between your heart and the outside world. It’s built during times of intense stress or emotional distress and, while protective, it can also hold you back in surprising ways.

The Impact of a Heart Wall

Although designed to shield you, a Heart Wall can have unintended effects:

Emotional Disconnection: It may make it difficult to connect deeply with others, affecting your relationships with family, friends, and partners.

Decreased Emotional Sensitivity: With a Heart Wall, you might find it harder to access and express your true feelings, leading to misunderstandings and frustration.

Physical Symptoms: Some people experience physical manifestations of their emotional blocks, such as unexplained fatigue, chest tightness, or discomfort.

Stifled Creativity and Motivation: The emotional energy required to maintain a Heart Wall can limit your creativity, motivation, and overall zest for life.
