[Newsletter] Claire's Improved Sleep Quality


Hey Reader!

I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to share an exciting success story from one of the volunteers for my certification course, Claire, who recently sought my help for persistent sleep issues.

Claire had been struggling with difficulty falling asleep and frequent awakenings throughout the night. As part of my certification process in Emotion Code, I conducted two targeted sessions specifically addressing her sleep challenges. In these sessions, I identified and released a total of 13 trapped emotions that were impacting her sleep patterns.

I'm thrilled to share that just a few days after our second session, Claire reported a significant improvement. She mentioned, "I had 2 nights waking at 6:45 am, which was very good for me."

Claire's progress highlights the effectiveness of Emotion Code in addressing underlying emotional factors that influence sleep quality. It has been incredibly rewarding to witness her journey to better rest, and I'm committed to continuing to support her on this path.
